Hi there, as Istanbul is a pretty big place if you might find doubts/issues with the meteo station this city is really close to the circuit and can be a good reference:

Usually i'm not the type of guy who complains about something but...

Can you please take a look on the track limits. This is just ridiculous. you can run wide everywhere and cut the shit out of this track. It will look really bad in the stream and racing will be that bad, because you don't get any warning anyways. The only cut warning which is fine is turn 1. the rest please take a look...

Secondly the RealRoad from the Istanbul Server is completely broken and doesn't load at all. At least from my point of view. Offline everything is fine with the default presets.

    Cheers Mario

Currently I am setting up the new PC. But on the weekend there will be a new version (old version) where the real road is ok.

To be completely honest we don't find this track change such a "clean" move.
First, going wide doesn't give a true advantage because of the grip level changing. I tested a lot with both LMP1 and LMP2 and the best times were coming when driving completely or almost completely on the tarmac (yes, I'm 100% serious about it), in any case without overdoing it with 4 wheels off. Maybe with GT cars can be helpful, that might be, yes. And yes we agree it might look bad on the stream.
But what about teams (like us) that did a lot of testing already? Or what about teams/drivers that might not have time to get into traning next week? With 1 month between one race and the next one is that "fair" to change the track that close to the race?
Let me underline that it's not our intention to argue/debate/moan about an eventual change, we just want to share a different point of view regarding the circuit. We will clearly accept ANY decision without spending a single more word on it and will enjoy the race as always here.

A note about realroad: none of us experienced a single issue in the loading, both online or offline, and that's just for an extra feedback. File being used was saved when on server of course. Weird stuff

    Hello Community and fellow racers,
sadly we are in a little bit of a bad situation for the race. We have drivers with other obligations on this day, so we have issues filling our seats.
Are there any reserve drivers willing to help us out for this race? Or even looking for a drive beyond the next race? Please contact me per DM if you are interested.
We are driving the Porsche in GTE.

    Thank you in advance

At the moment you can´t see the Real Road. It looks like, that it does not load. We were with 4 cars on the server. It was the same for everyone.

    next level racing bro

  15. Have to say, they are kinda dificult to get into, maybe a few degree less angle? - ore pitlane to short?
@Marc Veit ; i suspect that the "exit lane" is on the far left, infront of the garages, and the "entry lane/drive through lane" on the far right

An explanation is added to the briefing and a slight update is on its way.

I like that way for the pitboxes, imo is the less "risky" one...but I have a question: IF, when leaving my pit area, the working lane ahead of me is empty can I go back into fastlane sooner (or almost immediately if no one is coming)? After the bad experience with the invisible car in front of the garage in Estoril, to do the whole pitlane that close to garage doors doesn't feel THAT good to me :D

Yes, you can go back to the fast lane earlier. But then you don't have priority over cars and the fast lane and you are responsible to do this move in a safe manner. The priority for cars leaving the pit only applies at the end (around the blue garage door as a good marker)
