I agree with John W. track surface is a bit too bright even without post effects.

Google has images that confirm that the concrete in homestead is much brighter than what you know. I think Studio 397 meant something too good. but my opinion is that it does not bother particularly, because the track is very well recognizable by the grip.

Hey guys, When the servers got updated last night I couldn't get back in? Got a massage when the sim launched saying ' Mod could not be installed. Try Manual installation' Was fine before the update, does anyone have the files so I can try manual? Or a solution to fix auto installing?

If you have tried to join the race server I was setting up yesterday -> see the briefing

On the practice servers, nothing has changed and the mod is download either over the workshop or when joining the server.

    Briefing:
    • Each car is only allowed once on the server (unique vehicles is active)
    • Content download works only from the practice server
    • Penalties will be removed from the race control if you want. But they will be checked after the race. If the penalty was justified (e.g. speeding in pits) we will remove 1 lap from your result, only cuts resulting in a penalty will be reviewed. Cuts only leading to a warning are not noted in the log files
    • Don't press ESC or your race will be over. You can kill your game or force a disconnect by pulling out your network plug. Afterward, you can rejoin with a fresh car and still finish the race
    • For LMP2 don't dive bomb the GTEs into the corners. In the end, both of you lose less time when you overtake them on the exists
    • Respect the other cars/class on track
    Pit Lane:
The pit boxes are tilted by ~35° so all cars will have their own pit place. Drive to your pit box on the right side directly next to the garages (All stalled cars will be inside the garages). The please park the front of your car close to the second (left) white line. When done leave the pits on the left line next to the pit wall. Please try to hit your spot as perfect as possible to guarantee you don't block the pit boxes right or left of yours.
    Pit Exit:

    Orange Zones:

    Explanation:

In this orange zone, passing is allowed but with absolute care. Especially faster class cars lapping slower cars need to watch out and be extra careful.
If there is an incident in the orange zone, the car at fault will be given a harsher penalty as on other parts on the track for the same infraction.

How to file a report to race control:
    1. Note down both car numbers, lap and what happened.
    2. Send a message with those three things to an active steward in the race control channel
    3. Done
How to file an after race report:

    1. Gather Information about the Incident. (Car numbers, laps, timestamp, what happened)
    2. Open the forum.
    3. open up the after race report form.
    4. Fill in the information.
    5. Done.

If you have any questions regarding the third round of the P1LMS2019 feel free to ask.

Please check in your packages folder if the is a "P1LMS_2019_E4_Race.rfmod" file. And if yes what does it say when you try to install it?

Yesterday I thought this post will be an offer for a driver place in the upcoming race but now I sadly have to say that vMADS Grey won't start on Saturday because only two drivers of our Team are able to participate. We are very disappointed to do that but there isn't any chance to get the car run.
We hope to come back stronger at the next race. On this point we want to wish every Team good luck and we hope for some great fights whit our vMADS Green car

I am looking for a drive in this series.
I can't race in Estoril due to real life racing commitments but can do the 3 events after that.
I have driven with P1 gaming since it began in the 24 hours of the Nordschleife and others, winning it in 2017 with Hagemann Racing.
I have solid pace and tend to keep the car safe. I do some work with setup too.
    Thanks
    David

Wieso eine Drive Through Penalty???

Provisional race results and replays are added in the first post.

Especially in the begin people told us about lags. Was anybody of those using the public beta build? Then please tell us. If you don't know about a public beta build you probably wont use it.
