  1. I shouldn't share this in public but you keep heating me so...

After watching the full replay of Car Number 20, I reported all of this incidents:
    1540, 2105, 6313 (Attila Moizes Number 4), 7922, 7948, 10920, 13188, 14252 (Number 14 and 20 affected), 15950 (Car 18 affected), 16674.

And I still have to report a lot more when I watch the full replay of car numbers 14 and 18.

In the 6 hours of Car Number 20, we got 2 stop and go penalties. 1 Stop and Go was 60 seconds, the other one was 1 second. The Stop and Go of 60 seconds was by the face and I can 100% confirm it after watching all the laps of car number 20 because I watched the full 3 hours stint of Miguel Benitez and he didn't hit anyone nor cause any dangerous situation.

For those who ask how could I watch 6 hours of Replay, I answer: its very simple, just use the right key to make the replay move faster. I watched 100% of laps.

    Cheers.

This sounds like what we had at the 24H. Driver could get in at least but was driving in a ghost car which was not recognized by the server. Hmmmmm it might have something to do with Trackmap but Dobbie and I were at DX11 and had no extra HUD/Plugin. Strange

we(Car 114) had same issue in final pit stop. my teammate was showing as AI but still had full control. RC tried DQing us to fix but no lock, i couldn't take over for final stint. tried reconnecting to server but when i would select passenger to join car my game would crash.

Believe me, I was Adam! I put myself in a really nasty place (but for a change, avoided the armaco) - several false starts, which had the happy result of giving you some space but left me still very exposed. Got out safely and with no one else mangled, but not easily. Thanks for using some high attention and good reaction to keep me from paying badly for my mistake.

Do you think it would be also more useful to have additionally everyone running with trace=5?

    What an awesome race. :)

First of all many thanks to the orga for making this big event possible. We all have to remember they do everything in their free time and even pay for servers etc. and we get the service for free. :) Also I think 50 cars was the first time for P1, at least in rF2.

Bearing that in mind I think they did an exceptional job.

I also think driving standards weren't too bad with that many cars on such a short track (which I found absolutly awesome btw.). Maybe in professionel leagues there are less incidents but for a fun event I think it was quite ok. 2 or 3 drivers had problems controlling the car, which was probably the most difficult bit.

@Mark Hutchinson btw. in first stint you overtook a touring car under yellow. Wasn't dangerous and you probably just didnt notice the flag, but just sayin'. Nobody's perfect. ;)

Quali was perfect for me, probably one of the best quali laps of my life. Hit every important corner with 2 wheels on the yellow lines. :) Only P8 but that was all that was possible on one lap and I was confident race pace was better.

Unfortunately @Alejandro Lopez as I already pointed out after the first testrace, you were lagging a lot at the beginning of the race! I don't know if it's your internet connection or if it has something to do with PC-performance but with many cars around you, something is off at your side. I checked replay and all cars were good except yours. I know it's not on purpose but unfortunately that triggered the big crash at T1. A shame because that couldve been avoided if simply one of your team mates drove the start stint (again... as I suggested after the test race).

I also dont see the problem regarding BoP? Yes, Ferrari was probably 3 or 4 tenths too quick and I don't know about the Camaro but as the race showed there's more to a endurance race then raw lap pace... no team managed to do a "no mistake" race and in the end the best Ferrari of the lot was placed 3rd with 2 laps down on the Z4.
That doesnt mean that orga shouldnt try to improve BoP for next race. It's a time consuming job though, especially with the Apex Mod as the cars are all quite different. Unfortunately it isnt guaranteed that the performances will equal out over different tracks, maybe some cars are just quick and some are not.

But we can say for sure that yesterdays race wasnt decided by wrong BoP. ;)

In the race the first 3 stints were relatively "boring". Had nice racing with @Mark Hutchinson and @Mats Huthsfeldt until I made a mistake and spun. I gained some time back later though and just before the driver swap after 3 hours I managed to pass SimracingPL but that was when the action actually begun. :)
All other fast cars already had incidents and then both SimracingPL and us got Drive-Through Penalties within 2 laps from each other.

Going into the last hours of the race our car was about 12 Secs behind the Z4 and I think we couldve gained a couple of seconds in the pits with less refueling, unfortunately just as Adam pitted I went a bit too hot into the first corner and had a little freeze just at that moment and spun for a second time. :(
I'm a bit sad to have missed out on giving the spectators and of course our car a nailbiter-finish as I think it couldve been very close. But in racing you always got "ifs" and "buts", so we have to try again next time.
In Road America btw., because then we dont need to change our skin with the American flag on the hood. :D

A special shout-out to our second Porsche for continuing the race after they were in pits for almost an hour after the driver swap went wrong and they still decided to not park the car!

  14. For those who say that I am dangerous and unfair, I want to make public all the reports I did today.

    Car Number 20:

    1540, 2105, 6313 (Attila Moizes Number 4), 7922, 7948, 10920, 13188, 14252, 15950, 16674.

    Car Number 18:

    948, 3162, 5440, 7345 (Drive Through by the Face), 9670, 11970, 12695, 15490, 15950

    Car Number 14:

    12055, 14252

21 Incidents that weren't our fault... Yeah, it looks like my team is dangerous and unfair. We are so dangerous and unfair that its our fault that every single lap there were yellow flags and cars crashed into the wall (Sarcasm).

No more to comment here in this thread from me.

    Cheers.

To clarify: because of big hardware issues the week before race and completely re-install and upgrade from Win7 to 10, i´ve changed as last measure from DX11 down to DX9 and so TrackMap was active (even Plugin!). Until that i was apart from participate on race, but during race i tested some laps on testserver and decide to give some laps in race a try. My PC-performance was really bad, and to be honest, it was not really safe to drive, i´ve had an guilty conscience :( and it was really exhausting for eyes and brain, because of around 30fps and slightshow at Esses-Entry. But i did my complete stint without any failure, scratch or other issues, i think, nobody has to complain about me and everything went well.

    @Alejandro Lopez:

i´ve watched the first quarter of your race and that´s enough for me, more would be wasting of time!
Also if you were touched at start, -i found it possible, because your mate Jose seems to be touched similar at 4625 by Bulat-, if i see your two stints and the Stint of Jose it almost say´s everything. His stint was nearly boring, he droves fast and unspectacular without lot of issues.

In first stint you kicked Vogt stupidly (753), Contessa (1315), has been kicked by Jacobs (1360), touched Koeller by passing him on straight before braking zone (1514), maybe has been touched by Lyke (1546) and was pushed by Szollosi (2110). Then you give over to Jose and after you self took over from him after his stint, you had trouble right in your first lap out of the box as you kicked James Andrew (4840) and as he struggels back on track, you slam him full throttle in his back (4845, fife seconds later!!!).
And as if you still did not understand, that you are not the greatest, you drove in the Esses (RED-Zone!) behind Scott, himself driving behind slower traffic through the Esses, you give him flash lights in your position 38! Don´t know his position, but no directly fight and not behind you.

Please spare us more of your unthinkingly declaration try´s and beware for that, to discredit the Orga or the Stewards! Someone said you´re were 13 years old!? I hope that´s true, then there were a lot of perspective, that you could became an serious and complete endurance driver. Otherwise, please stay maybe at you open-wheeler league and don´t spread chaos here, because i think the very most of all drivers did their very best in the race, no matter if we had lot of accidents, turnarounds or issues at beginning. That was to expect before the race, think, for the very most of us all it was the very first time to drive in such an big grid, on such an tricky and technical track. And if i remember at (real) Nords 2014 with many huge and heavy accidents in first 90min under best weather circumstances... I think it´s not only because we´re simracers, sometimes some guys play crazy. But we have to sort out drivers dind´t recognize, that not everybody was born to win or has the gene to win, also if he has lot of titels won against KI. Here´s real racing, and first we all had to take care for safety of all, also if no one could get injured. Everyone want´s to hold his chances in the race without destroying this by some crash kids. So we had indeed to think about some hurdles to beware for further "experiences".

Sorry Markus, i know you´re right, but this is unbelievable, how the reality is twisted :(

I've watched through all of these incidents and most of them are either racing incidents, lag involved, nothing at all or even your teams fault.
Maybe 4 or 5 of these the other party involved can be called at fault.
It's not a surprise you and your team are called dangerous and you behave the way you do in here. There is a reason you are banned in many leagues. I wouldn't be surprised if P1 is the next league you are going to get banned

I have not yet watched the replay, but I would like to say something very simple to Senor Lopez: you are convinced that you are not dangerous or disrespectful, and I'm sure you drive thinking to be nice all the time. But all that matters is that you kept getting penalties during the race, which means that the stewards didn't like your driving. Maybe they are wrong, but it is their race and their rules. This week you should be thinking about whether you have enough skill to adjust your driving to match what they want - even if you think they are idiots. You could try the challenge of driving as they want, or you could walk away and leave us idiots playing together. Either is fine.

Now, to the race review. :)

It was strange, because I had a lot of fun all day even though after the first hour everything I did made our race (and some other teams') worse.

The live stewarding was excellent. Fast decisions, clearly explained. The sheer amount of traffic was just wonderful. Every corner needed decisions to be made. The driving from most cars was very good - a huge improvement from when I myself told my teammates a few years ago that I did not want to take part in future P1 races. I have no doubt that the stewarding and the race preparation (with the "red zone" being announced) was vital in making sure people were sensible.

After I somehow out-qualified my TRG-class teammates, my first stint was - by my standards - brilliant. I was enjoying the pressure and intensity and my own performance. Then I made my first pit stop and the day went bad. I got a pit lane speeding penalty, lost my rhythm, spun the car, got hit by a GT3, and more. But my worst was still to come.

Later in the race, I lost the car in T5 and somehow ended up rolling directly backwards down the middle of the following straight. As I looked up, three GT3s were heading straight for me. To brake would make things worse, and turning the wheel to try and get off-track would doom someone to be taken out. I prayed that everyone would go either side of me, but unfortunately someone hit me straight on (I think a yellow Ferrari). In the smashes and spins that followed, I think that several cars were taken out. If I make a mistake and ruin my race, that is hard enough to deal with, but knowing that my mistake caused so many others to be affected is awful for me. Apologies to anyone involved there.

I crawled back to the pits, staying entirely off the track, while telling my teammate to get on the server and finish the race. We did, but we shouldn't have. That car took a beating on Saturday. I just can't understand how I could do so well early on then seemingly forget how to control a car!

But it was great fun and P1 is definitely going in the right direction. See you on track (and not in the wall!).
